Community’s Choice is a multi-city, ballot-based awards program where residents nominate and vote for their favorite local businesses across an average of 150 categories — from restaurants and nightlife to services, health, and shopping. The program runs in 150+ cities, and each market receives a complete, localized suite of creative assets that supports the full lifecycle: nominations, voting, winner announcements, and in-person celebration events. Event creative includes on-screen graphics, tickets, table numbers, and branded collateral designed for consistent execution at scale.
my role.
As the lead designer for Community’s Choice, I owned the design system and rollout across 150+ city programs, translating a single program framework into localized creative that could be produced efficiently at scale. I created and managed templates, standards, and production-ready files for everything from digital ad campaigns to environmental signage and winner recognition materials (plaques, certificates, merch). I also designed the on-screen graphics and printed event collateral—tickets, table numbers, and supporting pieces—so each event experience felt polished, consistent, and unmistakably “Community’s Choice.”

Voting begins: Finalists are announced and the community votes.
Winners revealed: Results are published and winners are recognized.
